Industria is BACK at our Main Bar downstairs & our outside Smokehouse!
The area’s largest selection of freshly shaken Cocktails… alongside a superb range of spirits, beers & fizz!
Downstairs in Industria will be FULL Bar Service with the return of our resident DJ’s!
Cocktails will also be available from the Main Bar too!
No need to book, just turn up!

Still want the amazing HULA experience?
Don’t worry, our Cocktail Bar upstairs will continue to run as HULA every Friday & Saturday.
Our full and stunning HULA Cocktail Menu will still be available and YES, it’s still table service!

Fridays from 8pm until Late
Saturdays from 6pm until Late

Bookings are always recommended for upstairs at Hula and all reservations are allocated a 2 hour time slot,
however, we’ll still be accepting ‘walk ins’ for Hula subject to availability !

Please note, we only serve the FULL cocktail menu in the upstairs Cocktail Bar, however your favourite cocktails are still available downstairs at the Main Bar in Industria!

Following the easing of restrictions on 19th July, our priorities for Hula are unchanged,
we must keep our brilliant team, our customers AND our business SAFE –
being as safe from Covid as possible currently also means safe from closure…
especially when the UK is clearly in a ‘third wave’ of Covid 19.

Subject to current Government guidance, we are allowed to accept reservations of ANY size for upstairs, please note reservations are NOT required for INDUSTRIA.  However, please be aware most of our tables upstairs are for up to 6/8 guests, yet we do have a few cosy tables for 2! Of course, more than one table may be booked if you wish to attend with friends, however we cannot guarantee you will be seated next to each other.

‘Walk in’ tables may be available – subject to availability. Our Door Host will advise on availability upon arrival.
Tables for drinks (for guests over 18 years of age) may be booked in multiples of 2-hour time slots.
A £5 deposit will be required per person for all online bookings.

Please be aware, no booking will be confirmed online until a deposit has been paid.
Your deposit will be refunded upon arrival with drinks vouchers to spend on the date of your booking.

Running late? Then please give us a courtesy call, if you’re unable to call, then the Hula team will provide you with a 15 minute ‘grace period’ during which we will call you to confirm that your party are still attending,
should no contact be made and we haven’t heard from you,
then your table will be allocated to a new customer and your deposit unfortunately be non-refundable.

Cancellations must be within a minimum 24hrs prior to your reservation,
cancellations after 24hrs will unfortunately forfeit your deposit.

Management reserve the right to decide upon transferring deposits for an alternative booking.
No-show bookings significantly impact our business – so please be considerate.
Please only make a booking if you are willing to respect our guidelines,
respect other customers wishes regards social distancing, our team and our polices.

Please be aware, normal restrictions apply regarding refusal of service to parties or persons that we deem are too intoxicated – should this occur, the party will be refused service and kindly asked to leave.

From July 19th, we ARE reducing legal ‘Restrictions’ but we ARE retaining our own ‘Safety Measures’. These will be reviewed regularly – these reviews will be based upon local infection rates, self-isolation updates, NHS Track and Trace updates and of course, staff and customer feedback.

1) All guests MUST respect our guidelines, respect other customers – including their wishes regards social distancing, our amazing team and our polices - or you will be kindly asked to leave.

2) Face coverings – all of our team will continue to wear face coverings, however for customers – it’s a personal choice – whatever feels right for you – it’s about respect, and respect should work both ways!

3) All our amazing drinks in Hula will continue to be served via table service upstairs. To reduce team to table contact, once your drinks arrive, we’ll ask you to control our service with a small double-sided card placed upon your table. The green side signals our team that you would like service, while the red side indicates to us that you are all good. So, when you need our efficient service, simply display the green side again and we’ll be there.

4) Hand sanitizing stations will remain available– we encourage customers to sanitize their hands upon arrival and during their visit too.

5) Drinks Menus will continue to be ‘single use’ and a member of our team will take your order when you are seated at your table. 

6) Customers are allowed to get up and have a ‘dance’ at your table  and ‘mingle’ between tables and chat to friends, however, to help us out, please order your drinks from your designated table –and no, you do not have to be seated to order!

7) Restrictions on table sizes are now completely relaxed.

8) We will no longer require customers to ‘Track & trace’ however, we will have the ‘check in’ QR posters still available for anyone that wishes to do so.

9) Our washrooms will be continue to be meticulously cleaned every hour by our attendants.
10) Every member of our team have agreed to continue to do daily lateral flow testing before every shift, they will complete and sign a daily health assessment questionnaire to confirm that they are fit to work, this will include a temperature check before their shift commences. Where our team cannot work within social distancing, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk. We have completed a full risk assessment on each of our venues, including deliveries to protect both our teams and suppliers. This assessment has been shared with our team.

11) Payments can be made by either card or cash. However, card payments would be preferred.

12) If you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 21, photographic ID may be required for entry.

If any customers planning to visit are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of Covid-19, please protect yourself, your family, our NHS and our team by staying at home.

So, there you have it – for the short term, this is our plan – a plan we believe in.
